The rooms we had were spotlessly clean and with TV and a king bed, as example. Extremely friendly and excellent staff gave advice on things to do. Besides, the location was unbeatable and favourable for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a concert hall.

The service and especially the breakfast
Everthing was perfect we rented 2 rooms at one time and we were next to each other my daughter and i. The breakfast, service, swimming pool was fine the only thing was the bed...pillows and towels okay.

We had a fantastic three-night stay with comfy Queen beds and loved the hot breakfast every morning. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the patio lounge made for a great evening hangout. Just a heads-up, the coffee in the room could use an upgrade, but the fresh brew at breakfast more than made up for it ☕

Kitchen/breakfast is very good with a good selection.
Traffic/interstate side of hotel noisy at night. Hotel's in the area are still expensive compared to the rest of the State.

The breakfast selections were fantastic, and my kids enjoyed the tasty pancakes. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our family. The staff, especially Michelle, made check-in smooth and cute.

Went to front desk for a working remote and NEVER got one so the tv was stuck on the SAME channel our whole stay....our ice bucket had dirty melted ice water from the previous use of the room...we were VERY unhappy!

No running water in morning due to pipe break in city. We had to jump thru hoops to any credit on the room charges. The staff acted like it was no big deal to go without water.
